Our commitment
We will under normal circumstances fulfill all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Our aim is to fulfill delivery of your watch within 7 working days from the point of order (Subject to availability)
Contract
When you buy our goods and services on the internet you are entering a legally binding contract.
Complaints Procedure
Any query or complaint will be dealt with immediately. It will be acknowledged within 48hours (within working hours Mon-Fri 9-5 UK Gmt) and resolved within this time frame whenever possible. For all complaints email our customer services at customerservices@stop4watch.com
No liability will be accepted by Stop4Watch for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
Our rights
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this website. Prices, goods and availability of products are subject to change at any time. Stop4Watch also reserves the right to withdraw its service at any time, or to refuse its services to any customer. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice.
Returns Procedure
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, don't worry. We offer you a 7 day return period in which you can send us back the item you purchased, provided it is returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
You will then be entitled to a refund of any payment you have made for the returned items, less a £7 administrative fee. You will also have to pay for return postage of these items (PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED AN ADMINISTRATION OR POSTAGE FEE IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY OR THERE IS AN ERROR ON OUR PART.)

Any special offers we may choose to send out are subject to terms & conditions. These will be clearly stated on the mail shot.
None of our Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
